Mixed Mushrooms

Our Mixed mushroom boxes feature two to four varieties of the mushrooms we grow.  When our mushroom bouquets don’t equal a full pound, it gives us the opportunity to put a few of them together, to make a pretty, pretty box.  We try to keep them colourful too, often by aiming to have Pink, or Gold, or both, with an Italian, a Blue, or anything else that is fresh on harvest.
